Oh, Funi is getting all my Yuri love this week. I bet they were just jealous of Right Stuf and Media Blasters. lol
They have just announced the licensing of RIN: Daughters of Mnemoysne.
License Blue Drop and you get a perfect trifecta and maybe a shipment of chocolate, Funi. :-)
Personally, I strongly encourage companies to listen to me, my advice is usually pretty good. LOL
I’m certainly impressed with your powers, Erica. Next write about how they should translate the MariMite Light Novels (or something equally cool/farfetched).
i really do share your enthusiasm for Mnemosyne. too bad it didnt have a woman with an eyepatch in it, eh? ahaha yes again with the eyepatch XD
It was a pretty interesting series, so I wouldn’t mind owning it in my library.
This is good news. Blue Drop would be even cooler.
Ha, that’s two out of three.
But I do really want to see Blue Drop licensed.
My first Yuri series that I watched.
Now let’s hope Blue Drop gets on that boat, too.
Wow! Another great series. If Blue Drop follows suit I’d almost expect to see Gunjou or Biijene after that.
I’m enthused, but a little concerned as well for Funimation’s well-being…
It seems there’s a rash number of licenses and I’m not sure how they’re going to hold up. For example, I only have the vaguest of notions about the one from yesterday, Seto no Hatonome ( or something like that). Where did this come from?
On a bright note, everyone go and get Mnemosyne!
@deanbcurtis These are all anime licenses, and both of the ones you mention are manga, so I wouldn’t expect a correlation.
@abstract-alchemist Not your fandom, so you’re assuming it’s not a popular title, but it is within its own fandom. :-)
Erica, I assumed that whatever god (Kamichu?) would grant such an awesome wish, would overlook any divide in medium.
